Report on "Thermal Performance Of Façade Materials And Design And The Impacts On Indoor And Outdoor Environment"

Thermal comfort is one of the primary requirements of the interior environment of naturally ventilated buildings.

A study of the thermal performance of façade materials and design was carried out in Singapore. The objectives of this project are:

a.To examine and understand the impact of façade material properties on indoor environment and façade thermal performance
 b. To examine façade parameters and design related to the façade thermal performance
c.To study and develop design guideline of acceptable U-value for non air-conditioned building facades
