There
are no costs involved for participation in this voluntary scheme. Motor
traders would just need to follow the 2 steps listed below:

once to register as a User (using Form A). |

as and when required, to include their vehicle models in the scheme (using
Form B). |
NEA would
supply the required number of decal and label for the registered models.
