With the increasing popularity and visibility of the Green Corners and increased consumer demand for energy efficient and ‘Green’ products, the Singapore Environment Council has recently introduced the Associate Green Corners Programme (AGCP).

Under the AGCP, participating retailers would have at least 35% of their displayed appliance models labelled under the Energy Labelling Scheme.
Unlike Green Corners, the Associate Green Corners need not set aside space to feature energy labelled appliances. This allows retailers the flexibility to align their outlets as one of the Green Corner partners without needing to alter the existing setup of their showrooms.
